How to Add a Network Printer

- Open Settings → Devices → Printers & Scanners
- Click Add a printer or scanner
- Wait for Windows to discover printers
- If your printer appears, click it and click Add device
If the printer is not found
- Click The printer that I want isn't listed
- Select Select a shared printer by name
- Type the printer path (ask IT if unsure)
- Click Next and follow the prompts
