How to Add a Network Printer

  1. Open Settings → Devices → Printers & Scanners
  2. Click Add a printer or scanner
  3. Wait for Windows to discover printers
  4. If your printer appears, click it and click Add device

If the printer is not found

  1. Click The printer that I want isn't listed
  2. Select Select a shared printer by name
  3. Type the printer path (ask IT if unsure)
  4. Click Next and follow the prompts
