Outlook Not Syncing

Try these steps in order:

  1. Check your internet connection — open a website to verify
  2. Restart Outlook — close it completely and reopen
  3. Check for updates — File → Office Account → Update Options → Update Now
  4. Repair your profile — Control Panel → Mail → Email Accounts → Repair

If none of these work, submit a ticket and we'll look at your mailbox.
