How to Report an IT Issue

Option 1: Desktop Client (fastest)

Press Ctrl+Shift+R on your keyboard. A screenshot will be captured automatically. Describe the issue and click Submit.

Option 2: Web Portal

Go to the support portal and fill out the form.

Option 3: Call IT

Call the IT helpdesk. We can remote into your computer to help.

Tips for a good report

  • Describe what you were doing when the issue occurred
  • Include any error messages you see
  • Note if other people are affected
